InviteMember’s Stripe integration allows you to accept more than just standard credit or debit cards.
You can offer your members additional payment options such as digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, etc.) and various local payment methods (like iDEAL, Bancontact, Wechat Pay, etc.) with no custom coding required.
Enabling Additional Stripe Payment Methods
Follow these steps to turn on extra payment methods for your InviteMember project (after you have connected your Stripe account):
In InviteMember: Go to Settings → Payment options → Stripe (Test/Live).
Click Customize payment options to enable the settings.
Turn on the payment methods you want displayed (e.g., Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and Save changes.
This tells Stripe which methods to show on Checkout.
Important to know:
Payment methods depend on your business location, currency, and Stripe verification status.
Methods enabled in InviteMember will automatically appear for your customers at checkout. Customers will only see methods available for their specific location and device.
