If you’ve ever wanted to access and analyze detailed information about your users, sales, and subscription history, InviteMember’s Web Dashboard makes this a fast and efficient process.
To access your Web Dashboard, follow these steps:
Send the /myprojects command to @InviteMemberBot.
Click or tap the project you’re working with.
Click or tap the Dashboard button.
In your Web Dashboard, you’ll be able to see.
Comparison Charts. The dashboard overview features a series of charts that track:
number of bot users
number of one-time payments
number of recurring payments
Using the two drop-down menus, these charts can be configured for different ranges of time, from all time to the previous 7 days, and can be used to compare to past time periods to track periods of growth or decline.
This data can also be filtered based on the source of payment (Stripe, PayPal, Skrill, etc.), by selecting the checkboxes in the Payment Options filter list on the top right-hand menu.
Users. These detailed user lists can include all users or be broken down into segments:
All Users. Every user who has ever started your membership bot.
Leads. Users who started your bot, but haven't subscribed to your plans yet.
Customers. Active subscribers.
Churned. Customers who subscribed in the past but aren't active now.
By selecting a group from the Users drop-down menu, you’ll be able to see their name, status, email address, and the date they first launched your membership bot.
Additionally, clicking each user will provide further information, including:
Sales. These detailed sales lists provide a breakdown of every sale, with separate lists for one-time payments, subscriptions, and recurring payments. These lists provide information about the value, currency, subscription plan names, customer names, method of payment, subscription status, and date/time payments were received.
By clicking an item on these lists, you can also access further details including subscription dates, the user's Telegram ID, payment method, and transaction IDs for payments.
The Dashboard data is also searchable, using the search icon at the top so that you can easily look up a particular customer's account.
If you have multiple projects, you can also quickly switch between projects within the top right-corner drop-down menu.
