How To Add a Telegram Paid Group

How to add an existing or new group to InviteMember for automated members management

InviteMember lets you add and manage Telegram paid groups entirely in the InviteMember web app.

You just have to follow these steps:

  1. Open the Channels & Groups page
    In your project, go to Settings → Channels & Groups. You will see a list of all channels and groups connected to your project.

  2. Add a new group
    Click Add new, select Telegram Group (many-to-many, best for communities), then click Next.

  3. Create a private group
    You’ll see a short video showing how to create a private Telegram group. Click Open Telegram to connect, and allow Telegram to open if prompted.

  4. Connect the group
    Press Connect Group and select one from the list.

    You can also press Create a New Group for This if you don’t have one yet. You’ll be asked to add InviteMemberBot as an admin of your group with permission to add and remove users. Click Send.

    Press Continue to return to the web dashboard.

  5. Manage group settings
    Click the group name to open its settings.

    Here you can edit the group name or description, view the group ID, disconnect the group, and see any subscription plans or members linked to it.

    Once connected, enable the group as a benefit in your subscription plans so customers receive access automatically after purchase.
