How to manage Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

Learn how to set and update your project's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

You can set your Terms of Service (ToS) and Privacy Policy (PP) in two places:

1. Via InviteMemberBot

  1. In @InviteMemberBot chat, send /myprojects or press My Bots

  2. Select your project

  3. Tap Edit project

  4. Choose from these options:

    • Edit Terms of Service

    • Remove Terms of Service

    • Edit Privacy Policy

    • Remove Privacy Policy

    • Activate terms acceptance

  5. Enter a URL (only URLs are allowed)

  6. Save

⚠️ Notes:

  • If Activate terms acceptance is off, only new users will be asked to accept ToS and PP.

  • If on, all users (new or existing) who haven’t accepted before will be prompted to accept.

2. Via Web Dashboard

  1. Go to app.invitemember.com

  2. Open your project dashboard

  3. Go to Settings → Edit project

  4. Click Edit Terms of Service or Edit Privacy Policy

  5. Choose Link or Text

  6. Enter a URL or raw text

  7. Click Save
